Michael R. Cunningham, Ph.D.
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, DG3 Worldwide
Dr. Cunningham is the Chief Executive Officer of the DG3 Group of Companies worldwide. He is the original founder and CEO of DG3's predecessor, the once NASDAQ listed Cunningham Graphics International. Inc. Most recently, Dr. Cunningham was a Clinical Professor of Entrepreneurship at the San Diego State University College of Business Administration, where he taught international business strategy and business planning. He is also a Research Professor from Industry at Cal Poly's graphic communications department and an Adjunct Associate Professor at New York University. Dr. Cunningham is the recipient of numerous awards including the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, the British American Chamber of Commerce Trans Atlantic Entrepreneurial award and the Association of Graphic Communication's Power of Communications award. He served as Chair for New York University's Graphic Communication, Management and Technology Center and is the curriculum committee Chair. He is the Chair of the Graphic Communications Advisory board at Kean University.
Laurence Bloch
Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, DG3 Worldwide
Laurence H. Bloch (age 54) is Vice Chairman of the Board of
Directors for DG3 Worldwide. He became Vice Chairman in connection
with the investment by Arsenal Capital Partners and is former
Chairman of the Board of TransWestern Publishing Company, a leading
independent publisher of yellow pages directories that during his
tenure, grew from 500 to 2,500 employees, from $53 million to $371
million in annual revenues, and from $3.0 million to $120 million
in annual EBITDA.
Before joining TransWestern Publishing, Mr. Bloch served for two
years as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of
Lanxide Corporation and from 1980 to 1990, worked in the investment
banking industry in positions that included Managing Director -
Direct Investments at Smith Barney and Vice President - Corporate
Finance at Thomson McKinnon Securities, Inc.

Tom Saggiomo
President and Chief Operating Officer, DG3 Worldwide
In addition to his role as Worldwide President and Chief
Operating Officer, Tom is responsible for DG3's entire North
American business. A graduate of New York City Technical College,
Tom is a well respected leader in the graphic communications
industry.
Most recently, he was President and CEO of the North American
division of Agfa Graphics where, among his many accomplishments, he
led the successful launch of the digital printing and wide format
ink jet suite of products. Prior to Agfa, Mr. Saggiomo was CEO and
President of Lastra America Corporation, a company which he founded
and grew to over $100 million in revenues.
Tom serves on the board of NYUs Graphic Communications
Management and Technology program and in the past served as Board
Chairman of The Association for Suppliers of Printing, Publishing
and Converting Technologies (NPES) and The Graphic Arts Education
and Research Foundation (GAERF).

Gerald (L.J.) Baillargeon
Worldwide Chief Financial Officer, DG3 Worldwide
L.J. has the responsibility for the finance operations of the
worldwide group. Prior to joining CGI, L.J. worked as Controller
for a $1 billion division of Automatic Data Processing, Inc., and
earlier as CFO of Cunningham Graphics International, the highly
successful, publicly traded company with $150 million dollars in
revenue, which was acquired by ADP's Investor Communication
Services unit in 2000. Prior to CGI, L.J. was an auditor with Ernst
&Young LLP. L.J. is a CPA.

Joe Lindfeldt
Executive Vice President, Corporate Development
Joe is a Director of the Group, and has spent his entire
professional career involved in various aspects of printing. Joe is
responsible for strategy, mergers and acquisitions for the
worldwide group and played a key role in the management buyout of
the CGI printing businesses from their corporate parent, ADP.
Prior to the management buyout Joe worked in a billion dollar
division of ADP in strategy and corporate finance roles as well as
serving in the office of the President.
Joe has evaluated and/or completed nearly a billion dollars in
acquisitions and divestitures throughout his career and has worked
in New York, Asia and the United Kingdom.
Barry Page
Managing Director, DG3 Europe Ltd.
As Managing Director for UK Operations, Barry is responsible for
the smooth and effective running of all aspects of the business.
Barry began his career as a management trainee at Thomas De La Rue
plc, moving to the position of Works Director. He joined Microgen
plc in 1987 as General Manager and progressed to Deputy Managing
Director. After leaving Microgen, Barry started his own print
consultancy business. Barry joined CGI Europe in 2002 as Operations
Director.

Phil Cherry
UK Sales Director, DG3 Europe Ltd.
As Sales Director for the UK, Phil is responsible for all litho
and digital sales, including the value added services of the Group.
He is also accountable for managing and growing CGI's existing
client base and generating new business opportunities.
Phil began his career as a printing apprentice at the Department
of Trade moving to Production Manager at North London offset. Phil
then took up role of Production Director at Infograph Ltd before
starting his own printing company, Communications In Print. Upon
selling CIP, Phil ultimately joined CGI in August 2006 managing the
digital business before being promoted to his current position.

Paul Jeal
Finance Director - UK Operations
Paul joined the DG3 Group in June 2008 and is responsible for
the UK's finance and HR functions. Paul supports the European
Managing Director in key business decisions whilst ensuring all
controls are in place and that the UK's Finance team is
continuously striving for financial excellence. He has previously
worked in the media industry including both the Publicis and Ogilvy
Group's as well as telecoms, medical publishing and professional
institutes. Paul is CIMA qualified and completed a mini MBA in
2006.
Cesar (Jun) Cudiamat, Jr.
President, DG3 Manila Ltd.
Jun is responsible for the administration of DG3's offices in
Manila, the group's offshore outsourcing solutions provider. A
Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of the
Philippines, he has a wealth of experience in corporate planning,
management and IT gained from many years of working in Tokyo for
IBM Asia Pacific, Bloomberg LP and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein.
Jun is fluent in Japanese, English and Tagalog.
Yiannis Lykogiannis
Senior Vice President of Manufacturing, North America
Yiannis has served as Senior Vice President of Operations since
1995. Yiannis is responsible for all Print and Finishing
Operations, Maintenance/Facilities and Quality Assurance. He has
led many successful productivity and quality improvement programs
during his tenure.
Yiannis joined Cunningham Graphics International in 1991 and has
served in numerous capacities, including Plant Manager. Prior to
joining ADP Graphic Communications Inc., he served as Plant Manager
of Latham Process Corporation. Yiannis has extensive experience in
financial and commercial printing and is a graduate of the London
College of Printing in Graphic Management.

Peter Henn
Senior Vice President of Client Operations, North America
Peter joined as the Vice President of Operations of ADP Graphic
Communications in 2002. His responsibilities include directing
Client Service, Production Planning and Pre-Press Operations. In
addition, Peter is responsible for all Distribution and Logistic
Services.
Peter is a seasoned professional in all areas of print and color
reproduction, with a strong track record of excellence. Prior to
joining Graphic Communications, Peter was the Plant Manager for
Quality House of Graphics and responsible for all manufacturing
operations.
Prior to this role, Peter spent 17 years in increasing
management roles with Applied Graphics Technologies.

Michael D’Onofrio
Senior Vice President, Commercial Sales, DG3 North America
Mike has responsibility for Commercial Sales in North America.
In the capacities of Sales and Operations, Mike has over 30 years
experience in Graphic Communications.
Prior to joining DG3, Mike was one of the principal owners of
Mirror Graphics Inc., a NYC based, quality sheet fed printer
serving the Utilities, Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic industries, in
addition to being a desired source for major advertising agencies.
In the past five years, Mike has focused on developing and managing
highly complex commercial printing applications for customers in
the commercial market.

Mike Spelman
Director, Financial Print Services, North America
Mike is responsible for our Financial Printing sales team and is
a 30 year industry veteran. Mike brings valuable operations
experience to our financial client base and focuses on 34 Act
Regulatory requirements and the annual meeting process.
Prior to joining DG3, Mike spent more than 20 years at Bowne and
the Sorg Printing Company both in New York and in Phoenix where he
resides with his family. Mike is a published veteran in public
regulatory compliance and a frequent speaker on issues confronting
public companies.

Fred Gorra
Senior Vice President, Sales, DG3 North America, Inc.
Fred is responsible for sales to diversified financial services
companies including mutual funds, insurance companies, banks and
brokerage companies. In addition Fred focuses on talent development
and recruiting for the entire sales organization. Fred has over 30
years of Sales and Marketing Management experience in the graphic
and communications industries.
Prior to DG3, Fred held numerous management positions at Xerox
Corporation and was General Manager of Applied Printing
Technologies. Fred sat on the Board of Directors for All State
International, and currently sits on the Board of Directors for the
Phoenix School of Autistic Children.

Gordon Mays
Executive Vice President, Pharmaceutical Solutions
Gordon is responsible for sales, marketing and new business
development strategy for DG3's pharmaceutical business. Gordon held
various roles in sales and marketing for DG3, CGI, ADP Graphic
Communications Inc. as well as Cunningham Graphics International.
Gordon was a partner as well as a Board member of Cunningham
Graphics International and he currently serves on the board of Kean
University's School of Graphic Communication.
