Print Rooms - On-Site or Near-Site

Were experienced and successful in taking over the management of print rooms, as well as creating new ones. Our clients benefit from centralised copying and on-demand print, variable data forms production (including wage slips), binding and finishing, graphic services, and disaster recovery / business continuity planning. Our UK print factories supply extra firepower and flexibility.

Our customised online print management portal, ClientNet, provides fast and friendly facilities for file transfer, archiving and search. It includes auto alerts to notify distribution teams or arrange fulfilment. Similarly, we install software that automatically detects and reroutes work sent to an MFD thats better suited to your print room.

Fleet management

Drawing on our strong relationships with the leading equipment providers, we can take over the installation and/or management of your desktop MFDs - printers, copiers, scanners, faxes and so on. We manage supplier relationships, look after maintenance contracts, and ensure you get the response you need.

Archiving: Our scanning facilities offer high capacity together with a team of highly experienced staff, who will convert your filing cabinets, folders, boxes or document libraries, quickly and accurately into electronic data and images. On Demand Document Scanning: If you are considering scanning documents in house on a daily basis you will be interested in our on demand service which gives you all the benefits of bureau scanning but for live documents.
