Print Rooms - On-Site or Near-Site
We’re experienced and successful in taking over the management of print rooms, as well as creating new ones. Our clients benefit from centralised copying and on-demand print, variable data forms production (including wage slips), binding and finishing, graphic services, and disaster recovery / business continuity planning. Our UK print factories supply extra firepower and flexibility.
Our customised online print management portal, ClientNet, provides fast and friendly facilities for file transfer, archiving and search. It includes auto alerts to notify distribution teams or arrange fulfilment. Similarly, we install software that automatically detects and reroutes work sent to an MFD that’s better suited to your print room.
Fleet management
Drawing on our strong relationships with the leading equipment providers, we can take over the installation and/or management of your desktop MFDs - printers, copiers, scanners, faxes and so on. We manage supplier relationships, look after maintenance contracts, and ensure you get the response you need.
Overflow printing
Our state-of-the-art litho and digital print facilities give you extra capacity whenever you need it – for peak loads, high volumes or rush jobs. Very few others can match our highly advanced variable data capability, used by many of our clients for personalised marketing material.
Imaging and Archiving
DG3’s imaging and archiving systems provide high capacity, high security scanning.
Archiving: Our scanning facilities offer high capacity together with a team of highly experienced staff, who will convert your filing cabinets, folders, boxes or document libraries, quickly and accurately into electronic data and images. This service will free up expensive floor space, archive and distribute legacy documents without taking up vast amounts of your own staff’s time.
On Demand Document Scanning: If you are considering scanning documents in house on a daily basis you will be interested in our on demand service which gives you all the benefits of bureau scanning but for live documents.
